  • Ian Davies

    Director

    Ian Davies has had extensive experience in financial and management accounting, treasury, secretarial, compliance, management information systems, and business development.

    The majority of Ian's career has been in the manufacturing sector (building industry), and in the property development and construction sectors. During a 25-year career with James Hardie Industries, Ian held several senior finance roles. He also held prior senior roles with Boral Australian Gypsum Limited as General Manager Finance and Commercial Manager.

  • Adi Kostza

    Chartered Accountant

    Adi Koszta has over 9 years of experience as a Senior Accountant in Public Practice and at several Blue Chip companies as well as some Government organisations.

    Adi holds a Batchelor of Business and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.  He holds a certificate of Public Practice and is a registered Tax Agent.

  • Cathy Sanders

    Training Manager

    Cathy has been in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector for over 5 years. She comes with a wealth of experience from the employment services and career development sector. She has held positions ranging from one-on-one consultancy to mid level management.

    Cathy places her own professional development as a priority as can be seen by her qualifications to date:

    • Bachelor of Arts (English & Business Management) 
    • Graduate Diploma Education (Secondary Education)
    • Diploma of Management (BSB51107) 
    • Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE40110)

  • Tania Cumming

    Bookkeeper

    Tania Cumming has a vast array of experience in both Bookkeeping and Office Management, Tania is our Registered BAS Agent and is highly trained in MYOB.

    Her qalifications to date are:

    • Diploma in Businesss Accounting
    • Diploma in Business Management (BSB50401)
    • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104)

  • Julie Morris

    Customer Support Manager

    Julie Morris uses her extensive experience in the area of sales and marketing to provide our customers with superior customer service.

    With 12 years Sales and Marketing experience and outstanding results including Winner of  “Sales Rep of the Year” award for Warner Lambert (now Johnson & Johnson) and a national finalist of the “David Foreman Salesperson of the Year Award”, Julie knows how to advise customers in the level of service they require.

    Her industry background includes printing, FMCG, advertising, training and convenience.  Her last role was the Queensland Director for Remedies Distribution Pty Ltd which distributed products such as Panadol, Nurofen, Herron, Strepsils and Disprin in small convenient 2-pack sizes.
