In July of this year my wife and I decided to invest in a business based in South East Queensland, the business structure itself was very convoluted and demanded a level of knowledge well beyond our comprehension.
I had recently been recommended to Shoreline Accounting and Tax Ltd by a friend for income tax purposes, so we decided to talk to them about our personal income tax as well as get some advice on the purchase of the business.
