Directions Package

For clients requiring specific business start-up advice including business establishment and general business guidance which includes completion of the Shoreline Business Development Program©.

One meeting per month for approx. 2-3 hours each.  Unlimited management support via email.

Growth Package

For existing businesses that require focus on strategic growth and direction. As part of completing the Business Development Program©, clients receive a detailed review of their finances, marketing, personnel, operational, legal and risk issues that confront the business. 

The outcome is a detailed Business Plan incorporating Change Strategies designed to bring success to any business.

Two meetings per month for approx. 3-4 hours each.  Unlimited management support via email.

Executive Package

Designed for clients that require Full Executive Support, mentoring and coaching advice … perhaps best described as having access to an “on-call” Chief Executive Officer.

Businesses choosing this option are generally larger organisations with multiple divisions, quite often operating in a complex competitive environment.

As per the Growth package, clients will complete the Shoreline Business Development Program© that includes a detailed review of their finances, budget preparation, market analysis, review of personnel practices, as well as a review of the operational, legal and risk issues that confront the business. 

The outcome is a detailed Business Plan incorporating Change Strategies and detailed Action Plans designed to bring success to the business. 

Two meetings per month for approx. 4 hours.  Approx. 3 hours of face to face or telephone management support/advice and unlimited email access.

Business Coach Package

Specifically for clients who have successfully completed the Shoreline Business Development Program and are seeking ongoing business advice.

This includes matters such as reviewing company finances and budget projections, marketing strategies and HR issues.  (some call us their “Board of Directors”)

One meeting per month for approx. 4 hours and approx. 1 hour of face to face or telephone management support with unlimited email access.
